What's Up "Doc?" Meet the Woman Who Claims She is Certified to Treat OMNI Medical Center Patients

For any former, existing, or prospective patients of OMNI Medical Center (previously in Peachtree City, GA):

We invite you to meet the owner & alleged physician assistant from this practice.

She goes by the name of Kristie Johnson, although many people in other areas of Georgia may know her by one of her aliases: Kristie H Hogeland , Kristie M Hogeland , Kristie Hogland , Kristie Hogeland Ogletree , Kristy Ogletree , Kristie M Ogletree , Kristy Oglest .

Kristie alleges she is a physician assistant who attended Emory University but in actuality, she is a perpetual con artist with an extensive criminal record.

Kristie has not only stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from friends/family/business partners, she has also deceived numerous people about her identity, her background, and her qualifications as a medical service provider. The OMNI Medical Center staff and investing partners had no knowledge of any of this prior to coming on board with the business.

If you are a current or previous patient of OMNI Medical Center (which has recently been relocated to Douglasville, GA) we urge you to reconsider the treatment and services which you have received (or are planning to undergo as a patient).

Although Ms. Johnson claims to have the appropriate credentials to treat you medically, she in fact does NOT have any certification whatsoever to prescribe medications, administer Botox, give B-12 injections, draw blood, perform bio-identical pellet insertions, or even take your vitals.

It's unfortunate to deliver this news to all of you through the internet, but those of us who have discovered this alarming scheme of deception would like you to know all of the facts which we have recently unveiled about Kristie.

Feel free to leave your contact information should you be interested in participating in the ongoing malpractice suit against OMNI Medical Center. We will gladly put you in contact with our legal team, and share with you all the information that has been uncovered regarding Kristie Johnson's criminal history.

Again, if you were or currently are a patient of OMNI Medical Center, you have a valid case against this practice. We want to ensure that all of you are aware of the damage Kristie Johnson has done and continues to do as an alleged medical service provider.

Kristie Johnson has not only destroyed the finances of people close to her, she has also placed each and every one of the OMNI Medical Center patients in danger. This is YOUR health, and YOUR life. Please be vigilant about the all the risks associated with OMNI Medical Center, and be proactive so no one else's money, health, or livelihood is placed in such a critical and dangerous position.

OMNI Medical Center 's Top 5 Reasons You Don't Feel Full

Isn't it weird that sometimes, even 30 minutes after having a meal, you still don't feel full (we know all of you can relate!)?

Well that "am-I really-hungry-again" feeling could be caused by a number of factors...many of which have to do with WHAT you actually ate, instead of HOW MUCH you ate.

This not-so-satisfied feeling can also be difficult while you're on your medical weight loss with hCG program.

Here are the top 5 reasons we at OMNI Medical Center suspect you fall short of satiation when it comes to eating sometimes:

1. DRINKING TOO MUCH SODA. Sodas, iced teas, and other sweetened beverages are our biggest source of high-fructose corn syrup (gross!)...and new research indicates that fructose can trick our brains into craving more food, even when we’re full. Solution? Stay away from the bubbly stuff, even if it's diet soda. Try brewing your own iced tea and sweetening it with Stevia!

2. EATING CANNED FOODS. Many canned foods are high in the chemical bisphenol-A, or BPA, which the FDA recently expressed was a chemical “of some concern.” According to researchers, exposure to BPA can cause imbalances in the body which lead to food cravings and obesity. Solution? Stick to fresh food. Buy your meat from behind the meat counter...your veggies and fruit in the produce section...and if necessary opt for frozen greens and/or berries instead of anything that needs to be cracked open with a can opener!

3. NOT HAVING ENOUGH FOR BREAKFAST. Researchers recently found that subjects who ate just 300 calories for breakfast gained almost twice as much weight as those who ate 500 calories or more for breakfast. The reason: Eating a big breakfast makes for smaller rises in blood sugar and insulin throughout the day, meaning fewer sudden food cravings. Solution? Just like Dr. Oz says, "eat in reverse." In other words, make breakfast your biggest meal of the day!

4. NOT STAYING HYDRATED.  Dehydration can often trick our brains into making us feel like we're hungry when we're not. Solution? If you’ve just eaten and still don't feel full, drink a glass of water before eating more, and see if your desire to keep on noshing doesn't diminish!

5. BOREDOM.  Researchers found that visual distractions can help curb cravings. To test yourself, envision a huge steak sitting on a plate in front of you. If you’re truly hungry, the steak will seem appealing. But if that doesn’t seem tempting, chances are you’re in need of a distraction, and NOT another meal. Solution? Try to picture what it is you think you're craving, before you actually consume the unwanted calories. You may save yourself the trouble, the guilt, and even some money (if what you envision is something that requires being handed to you through a fast food window)!

Nothing is impossible! Change your "diet" or CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

It's that time again! Time to resolve to change...

A study, conducted by professors at the University of Scranton’s Department of Clinical Psychology, indicated that after the first week of a new year, a quarter of the people who make resolutions have already faltered.

The following shows how many of these resolutions are maintained as time goes on:
- past the first week: 75%
- past 2 weeks: 71%
- after one month: 64%
- after 6 months: 46%

Three of the top resolutions made each year are losing weight, living healthier, and exercising.  As this study shows, after six months only 46 percent were still upholding them.

WILL YOU BE ONE OF THEM?!  Are you are tired of trying "diets" with minimal and/or temporary results? Tired of feeling like your goals are impossible to reach? Tired of giving up? Or... just plain tired?!

Let OMNI Medical Center help! There are many factors that effect weight loss including mineral deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and unseen factors only determined by an array of lab testing and physician expertise. We at OMNI Medical Center will be with you every step of the way to not only change your pant size, but, to help you change your life!

So, take charge of your future and join OMNI Medical Center in making the impossible... POSSIBLE!!!

OMNI Medical Center 's 5 Worst Holiday Treats

Christmas may be over...but the New Year's celebrations are just around the corner!

That's why OMNI Medical Center has come up with a list of the 5 Worst Holiday Treats ... to keep you on your best behavior while you're ringing in the New Year (and while you're on your hCG diet !)

Here are the 5 foods & drinks you should try to stay away from:

1) Worst cocktail:

Gin and tonic (8 ounces)
240 calories
22 g sugar

Did you know that light and bubbly tonic water many people love to add to their drinks contains as much sugar as two glazed donuts? Consider a diet tonic... or calorie-free seltzer water instead.

2) Worst dip:

Spinach and artichoke dip (1/2 cup serving)
300 calories
19 g fat

Sorry to rain on your parade...but the wrong dip can transform healthy veggies and a whole grain pita into vessels for fat and hundreds of extra calories! Avoid creamy, cheesy dips at all costs and stick to tomato-based salsas and bruschetta, which are low-calorie and offer a healthy serving of vegetables.

3) Worst Side Dish:

Baked potato with butter and sour cream (1 medium spud)
400 calories
14 g fat (6 g saturated)

If you add bacon and cheese to your hot potato dish, you'll also be packing in an extra 150 calories. Try eating just the potato skins... and using 5 squirts of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray. This will give you that buttery fix... but save you from splurging on excess fat & calories.

4) Worst Hot Drink:

White chocolate mocha (20 ounces)
660 calories
22 g fat (15 g saturated)
95 g sugar
Sugary coffee concoctions can be a holiday staple for many of us—but the wrong one could deliver more calories than a Big Mac! Avoid mochas, lattes and cappuccinos and order a small coffee with a dash of almond milk and a spurt of sugar-free flavored syrup instead.

5) Worst Dessert:

Pecan pie à la mode (one small slice)
810 calories
65 g fat
55 g sugar

In the wide world of holiday pies, nothing is worse than a slice of pecan. If you absolutely have to have a sweet treat, angel food cake makes an ideal dessert. It's light, low in calories and virtually fat-free. Fresh fruit is even better.

Here's to a Happy (and much healthier) New Year!
